Our beliefs
Our founders met in Cambodia after working with International Development Organizations and the Private Sector in Asia for nearly twenty years. Passionate about the region and its people, they started Platform Impact to bridge the gap between Impact-Driven Enterprises, governments and impact investors.
We believe we can balance profit and impact to create a future that is secure, fair and free from poverty for all. We understand that despite the technological progress, increased material wealth and rapid economic growth, the traditional business profit maximization model has reached critical limits and has been the source of increasing inequalities, human rights injustices and environmental degradation. To this end, we need to deploy concrete, actionable, and pragmatic solutions for rewiring the economy along sustainable lines.
At Platform Impact, we believe strongly in the need for social change, rooted in the principles of social justice and protecting the commons. Through our work, our goal is to help create a world where economic opportunity reaches everyone, where business models build bridges between business and the poor for mutual benefits, and where supply chain transparency guarantees human rights protection, biodiversity conservation and fair profit redistribution along the globalized value chains.
Meet Our Team
Platform Impact brings together a dynamic team of highly-qualified international cooperation practitioners, social venture builders, impact investment specialists, micro-economists and public-private partnership professionals.
We are pragmatic dreamers, innovators and entrepreneurs striving to build a more sustainable, equitable and balanced economy for all. Our collective experience in development organizations, multilateral government agencies and financial institutions enable us to tackle pressing social and environmental challenges through a business lens.
